As a Server at Jashan, you’ll be the face of our dining experience — guiding guests through our menu, sharing the stories behind our dishes, and ensuring each guest feels valued and cared for. At Jashan, hospitality is more than service; it’s connection, tradition, and celebration.
You’ll play an essential role in delivering the elevated yet warm experience we are known for.
Responsibilities:

- Execute service steps with precision, consistency, and warmth
- Support captains and managers throughout service
- Learn menu details, ingredients, techniques, and service standards
- Maintain awareness of guest needs and the pace of the room
- Carry food and beverages with confidence and care
- Participate fully in training, sidework, prep, and closing duties
- Protect the professionalism and quality of the dining room
Qualifications:
- Prior restaurant experience preferred, but not required
- Fine dining or upscale exposure is helpful
- Genuine interest in food, beverage, and hospitality
- High coachability and strong work ethic
- Previous experience as a server is preferred
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
